Teochew Rice Porridge

【Ingredients】
250g Spare Ribs
100g Rice
1 Crab
1 Stalk Celery
Preserved Mustard Greens to Taste
Fish Sauce to Taste
White Pepper to Taste

【Cooking Steps】
1.Clean the crab thoroughly. Remove the shell, gills, and innards, then cut into pieces. Chop the celery and set aside.
2.In a clay pot, add rice, Spare ribs, and 1L water. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
3.When the porridge reaches a thick, creamy consistency, add the crab and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
4.Stir in preserved vegetables and celery. Mix well.
5.Remove the lid and season with white pepper and fish sauce.
