Fried Rice with Shrimp and Preserved Vegetables

【Ingredients】
6 Egg Yolks
200g Leftover Rice
100g Diced Onion
100g Green Chili Peppers
2 Chinese Sausages
20g Chopped Green Onions
Cooking Oil (as needed)
10g Preserved Shrimps and Vegetables
3g Salt
White Pepper Powder (to taste)
【Cooking Steps】
1.Mix the egg yolks into the leftover rice, add 1 spoonful of lard, and stir well.
2.Heat 1 spoonful of lard in a pan until melted, then add sliced Chinese sausages and stir-fry until fragrant.
3.Add diced green chili peppers, diced onion, and the prepared rice mixture. Stir-fry evenly.
4.Season with salt and white pepper powder, then add chopped green onions and preserved shrimps and vegetables. Stir well and serve hot!
