Fried Rice with Fermented Bean Curd

【Ingredients】
1 strip of pork belly
A suitable amount of shiitake mushrooms
A suitable amount of white radish
A suitable amount of dried shrimp
A suitable amount of cooking oil
1 tbsp fermented bean curd sauce
A little water
1 large bowl of overnight rice
A suitable amount of satay powder

【Cooking Steps】
1.Slice the pork belly thinly, and cut the shiitake mushrooms and white radish into thin strips.
2.Heat oil in a wok, render the fat from the pork belly, then add shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimp, and radish strips. Stir-fry until fragrant and slightly softened.
3.Drizzle 1 tablespoon of fermented bean curd sauce and mix well.
4.Add a little water and overnight rice, stir-frying evenly.
Sprinkle a few spoonfuls of satay powder and chopped celery, mix well, and it's ready to serve.
