1 yellowfin catfish
4 eggs
1 pack salt
Some ginger
Some Sichuan peppercorns
Some Puning soybean paste

【Cooking Steps】
1.Clean and pat dry the yellowfin catfish. Stuff ginger and Sichuan peppercorns into the fish’s belly.
2.Separate the egg whites, mix with salt, and stir well. Coat the fish evenly with the mixture.
3.Preheat the oven to 200°C, place the fish inside, and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
