Tomato and Bean Curd Cake

【Ingredients】

1 Tomato
30g Cornstarch
70g Flour
3 Eggs
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
3 tbsp Fermented Bean Curd Sauce
6 tbsp White Sugar
Chopped Green Onions (for garnish)

【Cooking Steps】
1.Wash the tomato thoroughly, peel off the skin, and dice it.
2.Place the diced tomato in a bowl and mix with all the seasonings until well combined.
3.Heat a pan with oil, pour in the batter, and pan-fry until both sides turn golden brown.
4.Serve as Tomato & Fermented Bean Curd Pancakes and enjoy!
