【Ingredients】
100g fried tofu
100g dried beancurd sticks
4 boiled eggs
1 pack braising sauce
500ml water
【Cooking Steps】
1.Cut the fried tofu in half.
2.Add 500ml of water and 1 pack of braising sauce to a clay pot, then add the pre-boiled eggs. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
3.Once the eggs are well-seasoned, add the dried beancurd sticks and fried tofu. Cover and cook for another 3 minutes. Done!
