Teochew Spring Vegetable Casserole

【Ingredients】
1 Mustard/Spring Vegetable
300g pork belly
100g Shiitake mushrooms
50g Shrimp
50g Garlic
10g Ginger
10g Puning bean sauce
5g Cho Teng (fish sauce)
5g pepper
5g Garlic Crisp

【Cooking Steps】
1. Pork belly cut into pieces, garlic cloves and ginger peeled and cut into small pieces, mushrooms soak and remove the tip of the water squeezed dry sliced and spare;
2. Mustard tear slices, knife cut small pieces of spare;
