Marinated Seasonal Crabs (Teochew Style)

【Ingredients】

500g seasonal small crabs
2 cloves garlic
1 small chili (Xiao Mi Jiao)
A small amount of cilantro
1 tbsp Cho Teng Fish Sauce
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp brandy
½ tbsp sugar

【Cooking Steps】
1.Clean the crabs by removing the top shell and gills, then cut them in half. Rinse thoroughly.
2.In a bowl, mix Cho Teng Fish Sauce (1 tbsp), soy sauce (5 tbsp), sesame oil (1 tbsp), rice vinegar (2 tbsp), brandy (1 tbsp), and sugar (½ tbsp).
3.Pour the marinade over the prepared crabs and mix well.
4.Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
