Teochew Claypot Crab Porridge

【Ingredients】
250g ribs
100g rice
1 crab
1 stalk celery
An appropriate amount of Preserved Vegetables
An appropriate amount of Cho Teng Fish Sauce
An appropriate amount of white pepper

【Cooking Steps】
1.Scrub the crab clean, remove the top shell, gills, and internal organs, then cut it into pieces. Chop the celery finely and set aside.
2.In a claypot, add rice, ribs, and 1 liter of water. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
3.When the rice starts to break down, add the crab and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
4.Stir in Preserved Vegetables and celery until well combined.
5.Remove the lid, season with white pepper and Cho Teng Fish Sauce, then mix well.
