Spring Roll

【Ingredients】
Appropriate amount of spring roll wrapper
Appropriate amount of chives
Appropriate amount of mushrooms
Appropriate amount of dried shrimps
Appropriate amount of bean sprouts
Appropriate amount of white pepper
Appropriate amount of sweet and spicy sauce
Appropriate amount of cooking oil
1 tablespoon of Cho Teng(fish sauce)

【Cooking Steps】
1.Cut the yellow chives into segments, and chop the shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimp.
2.Melt 1 tablespoon of lard, then add the ingredients from step 1 and the bean sprouts.
3.Add 1 tablespoon of Cho Teng (fish sauce) and white pepper powder for seasoning, stir-fry evenly, then plate and set aside.
4.Place 2 spring roll wrappers on top of each other, add the filling in the center, first roll horizontally, then fold the sides in and roll tightly to finish.
5.Cut the rolls in half, dip in sweet chili sauce, and enjoy this delicious dish.
