Fried Bee Hoon with Cabbage

【Ingredients】
250g Rice Vermicelli (Bee Hoon)
200g Cabbage
100g Carrot
2 Eggs
10g Cho Teng(fish sauce)
15g Shi You(soy sauce)
20g Chopped Scallions
A dash of white Pepper
15g Cooking Oil

【Cooking Steps】
1.Soak the rice vermicelli in cold water for 5 minutes. Julienne the carrot and chop the cabbage.
2.Heat up the oil in a wok. Crack the eggs into the wok, stir-fry until scrambled, then add the carrot and cabbage. Stir-fry until well combined.
3.Add Cho Teng (fish sauce) and mix well. Then, add the rice vermicelli, Shi You(soy sauce), chopped scallions, and a dash of white pepper. Stir-fry everything evenly.
