Stir-fried Clams with “Cho Teng” Fish Sauce

【Ingredients】
500g clams
1 clove garlic
Some green onions & ginger
Some chili
Some celery
Some Thai basil
An appropriate amount of Cho Teng Fish Sauce
An appropriate amount of pepper

【Cooking Steps】
1.Place the clams in a glass bowl filled with water and let them soak until they expel any sand.
2.Mince the garlic, julienne the ginger, cut the green onions and celery into sections, and slice the chili into diamond-shaped pieces.
3.Heat oil in a pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add ginger and chili and stir-fry briefly before adding the clams.
