May is the season when green plums ripen. We picked a full basket, along with mud-covered galangal, over a dozen spices, and southern limes for making preserved salted lemons, and brought them all the way north to Shanghai for the SIAL exhibition. Though our booth was small, we packed it full of Teoswa flavors.
With traditional Eight Immortals tables, long benches, and gift-worthy souvenirs, we tried our best to recreate the warmth of our hometown in Chaoshan, ready to welcome every visitor. Each tabletop offered a condensed story of our flavors—reinvented foundations of classic sauces, and new-generation one-sauce-fits-all creations...
Over the three days of the exhibition, the enthusiasm of our visitors kept us restocking on the fly. Thank you to everyone who stopped by—we look forward to seeing you again.
