Chicken Wings with Fermented Bean Curd

【Ingredients】
3 chicken wings
Chopped scallions (as needed)
Sliced ginger (as needed)
White pepper powder (as needed)
Sesame oil (as needed)
Tapioca starch (as needed)
Water (as needed)
Cooking oil (as needed)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp fermented bean curd sauce
1 pack crispy frying mix

【Cooking Steps】
1.Clean the chicken wings and make small cuts. Mix them with scallions, ginger slices, sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fermented bean curd sauce, and white pepper powder. Stir well, then add tapioca starch and mix evenly.
2.In a separate bowl, combine crispy frying mix, water, and cooking oil, stirring into a thick batter.
3.Coat the chicken wings evenly with the batter. Heat oil to 60% hot, then deep-fry the wings over medium-low heat until golden brown. Drain excess oil and serve hot.
