Stewed Bean Curd in Puning Bean Paste

【Ingredients】
4 pieces soft tofu
Cooking oil (as needed)
1 tbsp Puning soybean paste
½ bowl water
A small handful of celery
【Cooking Steps】
1.Cut the soft tofu into small pieces. Heat oil over medium heat, then pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
2.Add Puning fermented bean paste and half a bowl of water. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
3.Sprinkle with chopped celery and serve. Enjoy!
