Teochew Stir-Fried Thin Shells

Cooking Time: 15 minutes / Ingredients: 6 items

【Ingredients】

100g Fresh Thin Shells
A splash of Cho Teng (fish sauce)
A pinch of Thai Basil
A few cloves of Garlic
A few Chili Peppers
A few sprigs of Scallions

【Cooking Steps】
1.Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic, scallions, and chili peppers until fragrant.
2.Add the thin shells and stir-fry. Cover the pan.
3.Once the shells are nearly cooked, uncover the pan and add Thai basil and fish sauce. Stir and serve immediately.
