Bitter Melon and Clam Soup

【Ingredients】
150g clams
1 bitter melon
a little minced meat
1 tablespoon of Cho Teng (fish sauce)
1 tablespoon Garlic oil
Ginger
A little pepper

【Cooking Steps】
1.Bitter melon cleaning knife cut thick slices standby; celery cut minced plate standby.
2.Minced meat add a little pepper and mix well; start the pot of water after the minced meat pinched into a ball shape into the pot, cook slowly over low heat;
3.Add bitter gourd and stir-fry until raw; add bitter gourd to the meat broth, reduce heat to medium, add ginger and cook for 6 minutes;
4.When the water boils add the clams, bring to a boil and add the fish sauce, pepper to taste; add the celery stalks and finish with a drizzle of garlic oil.
