Braised Pork with Eggs

【Ingredients】
400g Pork Belly
250g Pork Shoulder
150g Shallots
A Little Garlic
A Little Soy Sauce
A Pinch of Five-spice Sowder
Sesame Oil
Oyster Sauce
Dash of Cooking Wine
Sugar

【Cooking Steps】
1.Rinse and cut the pork belly and pork shoulder into cubes. Finely chop the shallots and garlic.
2.Heat oil in a pan, add the pork belly and cook until it releases its fat. Then add the pork shoulder, garlic, and shallots, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3.Add soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and white sugar to season the meat.
4.Add enough water to cover the meat. Simmer on low heat until the pork is tender and the sauce thickens. Finish with five-spice powder and reduce the sauce.
