Fermented Bean Curd Lamb Stew

【Ingredients】

750g Lamb
70g Onion
100g Radish
10g Celery
30g Ginger Slices
20g Fermented Bean Curd Sauce
Soy Sauce (as needed)
White Pepper Powder (as needed)
200g Hot Water

【Cooking Steps】
1.Cut lamb and radish into chunks, slice the onion, and cut celery into sections.
2.Place lamb and ginger slices into a pot of cold water, optionally add cooking wine, blanch until cooked, then drain.
3.Heat a pan, sear the lamb over high heat until slightly browned.
4.Add onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then mix in 2 tablespoons of fermented bean curd sauce, white pepper, and soy sauce.
5.Pour in hot water until the lamb is fully submerged, cover, and simmer for 50 minutes until tender. Serve hot.
