【Ingredients】

300g Chicken Thigh
30g Cucumber
30g Carrot
10g Minced Garlic
50g Rice Vermicelli
2g White Pepper Powder
10g Sour-Spicy Sauce
5g Soy Sauce

【Cooking Steps】

1.Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, white pepper powder, and minced garlic for 30 minutes, then pan-fry over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides.
2.Cook the rice vermicelli in boiling water, then rinse with cold water and drain.
3.Julienne the cucumber and carrot. If preferred, stir-fry them briefly until slightly softened.
4.Arrange all prepared ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with Sour-Spicy Sauce, garnish with Thai basil, and serve.
