Bullfrog with Fermented Bean Curd

【Ingredients】
1 potato
500g bullfrog
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp fermented bean curd sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce (Cho Teng)
1 tbsp white sugar
An appropriate amount of water
An appropriate amount of starch
An appropriate amount of cilantro
50g garlic cloves
½ yellow bell pepper
½ green bell pepper
【Cooking Steps】
1.Cut the potato into chunks, deep-fry until golden, then remove and drain the excess oil. Cut the bullfrog into pieces and place them on a plate.
2.Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix fermented bean curd sauce, fish sauce (Cho Teng), white sugar, and water until well combined.
3.Pour half of the sauce over the bullfrog, sprinkle with starch, and mix well to marinate.
4.Heat oil in a clay pot, sauté the garlic, then add the potatoes and bullfrog. Pour in the remaining sauce, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro for extra flavor, and enjoy!
