Chicken Legs with Black Bean Sauce in Casserole

【Ingredients】

250g Chicken Thighs
10g Ginger Slices
10g Dried Chilies
10g Spring Onions
30g Fermented Black Beans
20g Soy Sauce
10g White Sugar

【Cooking Steps】
1.Cut the chicken thighs into pieces, rinse, and drain the excess water. Place them in a bowl.
2.Add soy sauce, fermented black beans, white sugar, ginger slices, and white pepper. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
3.Heat a pan and add oil. Stir-fry the chicken thighs until fragrant and the skin starts to shrink.
4.Add water to just cover the chicken, bring to a boil over high heat.
