Spare Ribs with Garlic

【Ingredients】

1 rack Ribs
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
White Pepper Powder (to taste)
1 Egg
Fish Sauce Cho Teng (to taste)
Garlic Sauce (to taste)

【Cooking Steps】
1.Chop the ribs into pieces and wash thoroughly. Mix with soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper powder, egg, and fish sauce(cho teng). Massage well and marinate for 20 minutes.
2.Line the air fryer with parchment paper and arrange the ribs evenly. Air fry at 180°C for 20 minutes.
3.Replace with a new sheet of parchment paper, spread garlic sauce over the ribs, and air fry for another 8 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
