【Ingredients】
500g sea snails
1 pack coarse salt
Some Sichuan peppercorns
Sweet chili sauce (San Shan Sauce) for dipping
【Cooking Steps】
1.Mix the sea snails with a little salt and let sit for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
2.In a clay pot, add coarse salt and sprinkle some Sichuan peppercorns. Cover and heat over medium heat for 15 minutes.
3.Spread the sea snails over the heated salt, evenly sprinkle more coarse salt, and bake for another 15 minutes.
