Beef Brisket and Turnip Casserole

【Ingredients】

1kg beef brisket
A suitable amount of cooking wine
A suitable amount of cooking oil
1 pack Teo-Swa Braising Sauce
A suitable amount of water
A suitable amount of white radish (cut into chunks)
A suitable amount of beancurd sticks (soaked)
A small handful of garlic sprouts

【Cooking Steps】
1.Cut the beef brisket into large chunks. Blanch in boiling water for 10 minutes, remove scum, add cooking wine, and let it boil briefly to eliminate any residual odor. Drain and set aside.
2.Heat oil in a pot over high heat, add the beef brisket and stir-fry. Pour in 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and 1 pack of Teo-Swa Braising Sauce. Add water until the beef is fully submerged.
3.Transfer to a pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes. Then, transfer the mixture to a clay pot, add the white radish chunks, and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
4.Add the soaked beancurd sticks, cover, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally, sprinkle the garlic sprouts, let it cook for a bit longer, and it's ready to serve!
