【Ingredients】
1 bowl Goose Intestines
1 plate Goose Heart
1 plate Goose Liver
1 plate Goose Blood
1 Goose Wing

【Cooking Steps】
1.Light the charcoal and bring water to a boil in an earthen pot. Add the braising sauce, chili peppers, garlic, tied green onion, and star anise.
2.Add chopped goose web and goose wing first and braise. Then blanch the goose liver, followed by the bean sprouts and goose intestines for just 10 seconds.
3.For the dipping sauce: Mix garlic sauce, red chili sauce, and aged rice vinegar in a bowl until well combined. Serve with the braised ingredients.
