Braised Chicken with Potatoes

【Ingredients】
500g chicken
2 potatoes
2 cloves garlic, 2 shallots
1 chili
Some sugar
Some oyster sauce
Some fish sauce
Some soy sauce

【Cooking Steps】
1.Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, then soak in water.
2.Chop the cilantro, red chili, garlic, and shallots. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
3.Marinate the chicken with ginger and oyster sauce for 10 minutes.
4.Heat lard in a pan, add potatoes and chicken, and pan-fry on low heat until golden brown.
5.Pour in a bowl of water and braise over medium heat until the sauce reduces. Add a little sugar and soy sauce.
6.Continue braising until the sauce thickens, then add fresh cilantro before serving.
