Chaoshan Collection Debuts at The 2024 Hong Kong Food Expo with Popular Authentic Flavors
From August 15 to 17, 2024, ChaoShanCollection made its inaugural appearance at the Hong Kong Food Expo, held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. As our brand's first step into the international market, we introduced authentic Chaoshan delicacies, receiving enthusiastic responses from Hong Kong food enthusiasts.
Hong Kong - a city full of vitality and traditional flavor - is famous for its diversified food culture. Whether it's a teahouse on a bustling street or a high-rise Chinese or Western restaurant, there's always a heart-warming cuisine to be found, and we always catch a glimpse of Teochew cuisine.
During the three-day expo, we showcased classic Chaoshan dishes, including freshly marinated Chaoshan braised meats, salted preserved lemons, satay hot pot, five-year-old fish sauce soup, and flavorful dipping sauces accompanied by meatballs. Our booth attracted a large crowd, and the interest from Hong Kong consumers was both encouraging and inspiring, highlighting the potential of Chaoshan flavors in the Hong Kong market.
Throughout the event, we engaged with numerous new and returning friends, experiencing the strong interest of Hong Kong food lovers in Chaoshan cuisine. The enthusiastic support and frequent restocking during the expo have strengthened our confidence in developing our brand in Hong Kong.
We are also in the process of enhancing our Hong Kong online store. Soon, customers will be able to conveniently purchase our Chaoshan sauces through our online platform or choose to pick up their desired products at designated self-pickup points.
