800g sea bass
100g ginger
100g onion
100g garlic
5g cilantro
1 cup Teoswa fermented black bean sauce

【Cooking Steps】
1.Cut the onion into chunks, peel the garlic cloves, and slice the ginger into pieces.
2.Halve the sea bass, remove the bones, and cut the fish fillet into bite-sized pieces.
3.Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the ginger, onion, and garlic until fragrant. Layer the fish on top and pour in the fermented black bean sauce.
4.Cover and cook on high heat for 2.5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
