Pickled Plum Fish

【Ingredients】
2 preserved sour plums
20g celery
250g Niang Ai fish
White pepper powder (to taste)
10g salt
20g chili
30g ginger
15g cooking oil
【Cooking Steps】
Make cuts on the Niang Ai fish and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, sprinkle a spoonful of salt, then add ginger. Place the fish on top, pour in a small amount of water, add the preserved sour plums, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add chili, celery, white pepper powder, and another spoonful of salt. Let it simmer for a while longer, and it’s ready to serve!
